Yes, this is possible. We usually do not recommend that Consultants take control of the customer's computers or device for security reasons though.
If the customer chooses to consent to the Consultant taking control of their computer or device they will be prompted during the session to allow it. The Consultant can not take control without this consent. Any consent granted will expire at the end of the session.

Usually the sessions involve one consultant and one customer. In some cases we will have a trainer or trainee join the session. We will let you know if this is planned and seek your consent.
Yes, a consultation can have multiple participants. There is no charge for the customer to bring others to the session.
Also, the customer can have multiple devices join the consultation. For example, a laptop and a phone. This is useful if one of the devices is faulty or information is required about model numbers etc.
If more than one consultant is required then extra charges might apply. Any extra costs will be assessed on a case by case basis and agreed with the customer before proceeding.

No. Your consultant might be able to visit you privately but this is not a service offered by us. Discuss pricing for travel and service directly with them.
No. We only offer the web conference sessions. If you need a particular type of person for a project we might be able to direct you to other services.
